Run Britt RUN!!!!

Britt did great in her debut at the Montana Special Olympics. She completed in the tennis ball toss, 100m Dash and 200m Dash. No videos for her 200m performance do to my inability to run a video camera that was handed off to me right before the start of the race. Will try to post the 100m video later, but for now here are a few pictures from the races....

The walks are done...

The sidewalks have been finished at the 'rents place and it is going to be nice. Gone are the uneven seams, gone are the steps that have caused many an ankle turn and gone is the rock walkway. Well, as you can see the rocks are not really gone, just stacked into a pile for me to redistribute.

Next stop, a new roof...well, landscaping first, but hopefully a new roof before the spring rains start.

Don't you just love those eyes? Now if I could just get my dog to accept him into the family all would be well.

Heifer

After a long and playful life
Heifer was laid to rest.
The last few years of her life
she has suffered from arthritis
and several strokes.

She will be missed by all the kids,
grandkids and their pets. She is survived
by her much younger play companion Guinness,
who no doubt will miss her immensely.
